Reporting a vulnerability
Security research is welcome. Write to security@aftercast.live before you start, not after — the terms ask for that so a test does not look like an intrusion to whoever is on call. What we hold and how it is separated is on the security page.
Already using it?
The full setup guides live inside the product, under Help, and the desktop app has its own setup check that names the exact thing that is wrong. That is usually faster than describing a symptom to us.
If the question was “does this actually work on my setup”
That one is faster to answer by running it. The free plan needs an email address and a password, and the desktop app's setup check will tell you within a minute whether your OBS is configured the way it needs to be.
